I am a bestselling illustrator and author of children's books living and working by the sea in Dublin, Irelandd.

Bringing a story to life as a picture book is an absolute joy (plus hard work!) and I enjoy the whole process. Particularly making early rough sketches, developing character, exploring the page turn, textures, colour and composition.

I am inspired a lot by the natural world. I use gouache and watercolour paints, chalk and oil pastels, many kinds of pencil, some inks, and bits of the computer too.

These beautiful giclée prints with hand-torn deckle edges, are rich in colour and perfectly capture the tiniest of details of the originals. Printed in Dublin by The Copper House Gallery, a Hahnemühle Certified Studio, on Hahnemühle photo rag paper 305 gsm.
